I got 22!!
I found all 23 squares in about 4minutes.
I found 23 in les than 1 minute.i FOUND 23 IN LESS THAN I MINUTE
I found 23! The squares such as S T X W came to me at the end. All done when I read that time was to be noted. Oh well .

I counted 23 squares. At first I had more than that, but realized I was counting rectangles, too. So, limiting to squares, there are 23. I did not time it, but took less than a minute, probably around 30 seconds.
